This 39.5-foot Keystone Raptor is the perfect 5th wheel trailer for living in or taking out to the mountains hauling your toys. The versatility of the trailer can be seen by the modifications performed by previous and current owners. Carpet, including ½ inch padding, currently covers the garage area and loft, transforming the garage into a children’s playroom and additional living area. The carpet can easily be removed, and the floor rails reinserted to return the garage to toy-hauling functionality. The garage also boasts washer and dryer hookups and includes the washer and dryer. A queen size bed and an adjustable couch can be lowered for sleeping or relaxing and raised to make room for the toys. A loft with a queen size bed occupies space above the garage and includes cabinets and hookups for a TV. The ladder to the loft has been custom-built. The kitchen includes a slideout for the medium sized RV refrigerator and propane stove/oven and a massive peninsula which includes custom built drawers which provide a ton of storage space. A large couch runs the entire length of a 11-foot slideout and the space includes two removable tabletops for meals. The one bathroom includes a luxury sink and medicine cabinet and a large shower with a small tub. A large pantry is located across from the bathroom on the other side of the steps that lead into the master bedroom. A true queen size bed is surrounded by storage space. Three large closets are located on one side of the bed, with two of the closets located in the third and final slideout. There is a TV in the master bedroom and a large TV in the main living space. The TV is connected to a four-speaker sound system inside the trailer with a custom-installed subwoofer. Two speakers can be turned on outside as well to enhance the party atmosphere. This three-axle Raptor contains an internal 5500 Cummins generator capable of powering the entire trailer. Fuel for the generator is stored in an approximately 15-gallon tank in the rear of the trailer with a fuel nozzle included for fueling toys. Propane heats the whole trailer and the water. Water heating automatically switches to electric heating once connected to shore power. There are two A/C units in the trailer, with the unit in the main living space able to duct air throughout the entire trailer. A Tripod is also included to support the front of the trailer. Some of the pictures show the trailer with faded decals, but they have been removed and the trailer is all white. Brand new decals are included and can be applied if desired. All 6 tires are brand new within 6 months. Finally, a hand-crafted staircase with a railing is included to provide a visually-appealing and safe way to enter the trailer.
