1994 Dodge B350 Quigley 4x4 Overland Van
Sportsmoble Quigley/Sport Trac, 4x4 Dodge 1 Ton B350 Van with 130K Miles. Powered by a fuel injection 5.9L/360 V8 with a HD 4 speed automatic transmission. The same transmission used in in Cummins trucks for those years. On the highway it get 14-16 MPG. It has a 38gal fuel tank giving you a 500 mile cruise range to take you long distance. Driving in city is of course less range. We have clean title in hand and has passed Hawaii Recon and Safety inspections. The Van is set up for overland travel for around the world adventures. This van has traveled from east coast to west coast and from Alaska into Mexico. Now in Hawaii resting up for the next big travel expedition.
Since 2016 the van has undergone a major refit. The original Sportsmobile conversion was gutted out and new insulation was installed, 3/4” ply subfloor laid, along with new laminate wood flooring, all windows pulled and resealed, privacy curtains for all windows, Ruff cut tongue and groove interior walls, Hickory Cabinets, a wardrobe w hanger rod and airated shoe storage below. A convenient Storage seat bench with easy access to outside for use as a Kitchen box. The van also has Original Sportsmobile upper cabinets, original awning over side doors, Queen size Ikea slat Bed, Top of the line $2300 National Luna 72L fridge/Freezer, A urethaned butcher Block Counter top, Mexican Tile Sink, working Bronze Faucet, 6gal Marine hot water heater which is currently only being wired for 120v, but you can add a dual 12v - it is set up to handle both. So far we’ve not needed it but have used it no problem when first hooked up at and RV lot. There is a 20gal fresh water tank.
A 300 amp hour auxiliary battery bank is powered by a 100 watt solar panel and charge controller and a T-max Dual battery current control system (charge house bank batteries as engine runs and converts to solar when engine off). A rear door ladder accessed the solar panel and fiberglass high top roof.
For air circulation there are 2 Dual multi speed ceiling fans. Loads of storage in main cabin and under the bed accessed from the back van doors.
Exterior - The suspension has been completely replaced. All new original heavy duty springs and bushings have been installed, new front sway bar and new shocks. As it goes with this year Dodge, the old paint began peeling off and was completely sanded down primed with 2K primer and repainted with cream color Upol/Raptor Liner. A two part epoxy tough paint. Just wash and play if it gets dirty- no polymer waxing with epoxy- easy peas.
A Custom made steel front Bull Bar and Rear Bumper says Anything that hits you, or that you hit, will be struggling or toast. Behind the front Bull Bar rest a Warn M1200 winch that We have never used.
The Rear axle is a 1 Ton Dana 60, 4.10 geared, Detroit Trac Locker. The Front axle is a Dana 44 4.10 geared Detroit True Trac. This setup has pulled the van trough everywhere it needed to go. Finishing things off with top of the line set of E rated 285/75R 16 33” Good Year DuraTrac tires.
It still needs a couple finishing touches but the van is ready to go anywhere in the world now. Just throw in all your gear. Don`t be a minimalist as it has plenty storage. Leave the kitchen sink at home. It already has one, LOL.
We have pictures of the entire build from old paint and sports-mobile set up to all we converted and upgraded. We’ve converted a few vehicles and rebuilt a few sailboats for our personal use over the years so loads of research and understanding and we didn’t cheat anything on this van, she’s solid and awesome.

This is a very clean van, undercoated, other than a couple island tiny surface rust spots it’s rust free and runs and drives like new. They don`t build vans like this anymore and are very hard to come by. If it sells We know we will never find another one as nice as this one. We are putting the van on the market because we are going sailing for a long while, or we may send it back home in the main land. We would really like to see it go to an adventurous family that will travel with it and see the world.

$28,500
Shipping to Seattle or LA is around $1600.00 and we will make sure it’s shipped safely w proper paperwork.
We can FaceTime with you to show you the van.
