1969 Pontiac Grand Prix Mechanically Sound and very Well maintained. The newly Designed Grand Prix was the brain child of Pontiacs GM John Delorean. He needed to compete with the new lines of personnel luxury cars coming out, this is a direct competitor of the Ford Thunderbird and the Buick Riviera. He hit a home run with this Grand Prix. This J-Model boasts Pontiacs legendary 400 C I V-8 4 BBL Paired to an automatic transmission providing plenty of pep to this classic. The emerald green custom $10,000 exterior paint complements nicely with the green interior. This bucket seated beauty also features Pontiacs command seat wrap around panel placing most controls and gauges within easy reach of the driver. This car really shows pride of ownership and as the new owner you are bound to get many appreciating looks as this classic sporty luxury ride cruises on by. This car also has a mild racing cam in a stock engine with aftermarket edelbrock carburetor (also has original stock carburetor in the edelbrock box I switched out for performance). The exhaust rumbles beautifully with ceramic plated silver Doug Thorley, long tube headers. Stainless steel exhaust with 2 chamber flowmasters (all done in 2016). Has 15” wide Cragar SS rims in the back and 14” regular Cragar SS rims with BF Goodrich Radial TA Tires. Comes with 4, yes 4 Cragar SS spare rims and tires (one of the spares has a nail in it and needs to be replaced but other than that you have a replacement wheel and tire for every wheel) Whole Suspension upgraded to Competition springs and shocks August 2022. The car also includes a custom build audio system that will bend your ears. 2 amplifiers one Rockford Fosgate amp for the 4 Focul Speakers. The other is for 2 twelve inch Rockford Fosgate P3’s powered by a 1000 watt Rockford Fosgate Mono Amp. The woofers are in an enclosed b-box and a Rockford Fosgate base knob, under the dash, to have complete control of how much base you want. This system alone is a few grand. The 1969 Grand Prix is a legit beast with luxury. It was named one of the best cars of its time because it rides like a luxury car but boasts the performance of a powerful Muscle car INDEED! I have owned this car since 2011 and have everything to original window sticker and protecto plate from 1968.
