Please review attached MSRP for all options (loaded), 2 Fobs (plus plastic fob), No-Smoking, Eating, Drinking in the car...it’s spotless. Tires/body/engine are flawless. Garage maintained. I bought the M4 during Aug 2023, Paid over $94K w/taxes/doc/etc. All documentation available (title, maintenance, contracts, warranty, owner’s manual, original MSRP, etc.) The title is clear & in my name and State Insp and Reg are current until Jul/Aug 2025. I will initiate the BMW Warranty Transfer Documentation and it must be filed by the new owner.

There has been no mileage tampering (i.e. roll back); the M4 is driven about 2/3 times a month.
