Only selling as my family and I are PCSing overseas and we can’t take the van away with us.

Fully specced including cruise control, back-up camera, electric adjustable heated leather seats, sunroof, factory rubber mats, dual zone climate control (blows cold), electric sliding doors and trunk, ABS and traction control, type pressure monitoring system, DVD with flip down display, CD stack and aux input, 110V socket etc. Aftermarket tow hitch with electrics fitted. All of these features work and the vehicle has no issues, faults or CELs (check engine lights displayed). Clean Ohio title in my name.

This is an amazing vehicle that has never let us down over the last 3 years and nearly 55 000 miles. No expense has been spared on maintenance and repairs with receipts for all work from Honda and our local independent workshop.

This vehicle is in great condition for its age and mileage, and has been reliable, comfortable, spacious and a very capable vehicle for our family. It has been mainly used as a long distance road trip / holiday vehicle with minimal town driving. It has a few superficial marks from use and age but no major bodywork issues or rust.

Sea foam fuel system cleaner every 3-5 tanks of fuel. Never run on cheap supermarket gas.
Oil and filter service every 3000-5000mi (at 30-59% oil life) with Mobil 1 and Valvoline Restore and Protect (for the last 3 services) fully synthetic oil.
Gearbox drain and fill every 20 000 - 30 000mi.

All of the usual issues with these vans have been rectified and typical parts which fail or cause issues have replaced with new OEM Honda parts.

Since we have owned the vehicle, we have had the following done:
Serpentine belt
Alternator replaced
PCV valve replaced
Valve cover gaskets replaced
Valve clearances checked and adjusted
Oil pan gasket replaced
Spark plugs replaced
Power steering high pressure line replaced
Trunk hydraulic struts replaced
Coolant flushed and replaced
Air conditioning regassed
TPMS sensors replaced x4
Sunroof drains cleaned and cleared once a year

In the last 12 months it has had the following:
Sliding doors and rollers serviced
New brake rotors and pads all round (Power Stop drilled rotors and ceramic pads)
New rear brake calipers (OEM)
Brake fluid changed
Front sway bar and bushes replaced
4 wheel alignment
4 new Michelin AS (X-Tour AS2) tires fitted 4000mi ago (>90% tread remaining)
Headlights restored, polished and treated with ceramic sealant
Cabin air filters replaced
Engine air filter replaced
New Michelin wiper blades front and rear

The vehicle has just (this week) been serviced by Germain Honda of Beavercreek with a new window master switch, new rear shock absorbers and a rebuilt power steering pump at a cost over $1300. It has been fully inspected by Honda and given a clean bill of health.

There are a lot of these vans for sale at a range of prices and conditions, but very few with such an extensive and complete service history and as well maintained. As this one has mechanical issues and is cosmetically very good, it has been priced at the KBB mid price based on this vehicles VIN and mileage ($5500).

Vehicle is still being used so mileage may go up.
