43 New Rides, 33 Sold: Affordable Compacts Lead (Oct 31, 2026)

MCL Weekly Update

176 live listings (up from 166) — 33 sold, 43 new this week

Affordable compacts led another busy week. A fresh 2015 Prius at JBPHH tops the list at $8,900, and most of this week's Top 20 sits under $13,000 — exactly the price bands where used supply is tightest right now.

The wider market still favors efficient, affordable cars. Manheim's mid-October index sits at 207.4, with compact cars the strongest segment at +5.6% year over year and midsize sedans turning positive, while pickups and luxury stay soft. Cox also counts just 34 days' supply under $15,000 versus 49 days overall, and gas eased to $4.22 nationally this week but remains $5.65 in Hawaii — so small, fuel-sipping commuters keep drawing the fastest attention on base lots.

Turnover stayed brisk: 33 listings sold or came off the lot, including five from last week's Top 20 — the Sentra, Corolla, Altima, Camry and Yaris that led that list — and sellers cut prices on 17 more, including a $2,000 cut on a Rogue Sport. This week's list reaches further across the mainland too, with Texas picks at JBSA-Randolph, Lackland and Fort Sam Houston, a Wrangler in the D.C. area, a Camaro at Camp Pendleton, and a camper at Eglin rounding out the 20.
